• Patients must provide accurate personal and medical information during booking.
• It is the patient’s responsibility to join the consultation at the scheduled time using a stable internet connection and a compatible device.

4. Consultation limitations

While every effort is made to provide appropriate medical advice, online consultations have limitations compared with in-person examinations.

The doctor may recommend:

• an in-person clinic visit;
• diagnostic tests or laboratory investigations;
• referral to another specialist;
• immediate emergency care, if required.

5. Patient responsibilities

9. Cancellation and refund policy

10. Technical issues

Doctor AK Lohana is not responsible for interruptions caused by:

• poor internet connectivity;
• device malfunction;
• power outages;
• third-party platform issues beyond our control.

If a consultation is interrupted by technical problems, reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect or reschedule the session.

11. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images and other materials, is the property of Doctor AK Lohana unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of liability
