Patient Cancellation
Patients may cancel appointments by contacting us through:
- Phone (where applicable)
Cancellation 24 Hours Before Appointment
Appointments cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation are eligible for a 50% refund.
No-Show Policy
Patients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.
Clinic Cancellation
If Doctor AK Lohana Clinics needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to emergencies, doctor availability, or unforeseen circumstances, patients may choose either:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.
Emergency Exceptions
In genuine medical or family emergencies, management may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
