Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Doctor AK Lohana Clinics strives to provide flexible appointment management while respecting the doctor’s schedule.
Full Refund
A 100% refund will be provided if:
- The patient cancels the appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Doctor AK Lohana Clinics cancels the appointment for any reason before the consultation.
Partial Refund
If the patient cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment:
- A 50% refund will be issued.
- The remaining amount covers scheduling, administrative, and reservation costs.
No Refund
No refund will be issued if:
- The patient fails to attend the appointment (No-Show).
- The patient arrives excessively late and the consultation cannot be completed.
- The consultation has already taken place.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
Return Policy
As medical consultation is a professional healthcare service rather than a physical product, no return policy applies.
