1. Scope of Engagement & Purpose
This platform provides a digital service enabling licensed medical practitioners ("Consultants") to offer teleconsultations, clinic appointment bookings, and health communication services to registered patients.
2. Obligations & Professional Qualifications of the Doctor
- Licensure & Credentials: The Consultant confirms they hold a valid, active license from the relevant national medical council and possess no pending legal or disciplinary suspensions.
- Standard of Care: Teleconsultations must be conducted adhering to standard clinical guidelines. The Consultant retains full clinical autonomy and professional responsibility for diagnosis, advice, and treatment plans provided.
- Limitations of Telemedicine: The Consultant agrees to advise patients to seek immediate, physical emergency room care if their condition is assessed as acute, critical, or unsuitable for virtual evaluation.
3. Patient Data & Medical Records
- Confidentiality: The Consultant agrees to keep all Patient Identifiable Information (PII) strictly confidential.
- Record Keeping: The Consultant is responsible for accurately updating medical notes, electronic prescriptions, and diagnostic requests on the platform interface following each consultation.
4. Financial Terms & Platform Charges
- Consultation Fees: Fees for virtual or clinic visits are set in accordance with the agreed schedule between the platform and the Consultant.
- Payout Terms: Platform service fees, transaction costs, or commission deductions (if applicable) will be processed on a regular cycle communicated to the Consultant.
5. Platform Usage & Conduct
- The Consultant shall not share platform credentials with unverified third parties.
- Direct off-platform payment requests to platform-sourced patients are strictly prohibited without authorization.

2. Nature of Telemedicine & Informed Consent
By registering and scheduling a consultation on this platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Virtual Limitations: Video or online consultations rely on the information and medical history you provide. They cannot fully substitute for a comprehensive physical, hands-on examination when clinically required.
- Referrals: The consulting doctor may determine that your condition requires a physical, in-person clinical visit or additional laboratory tests before a diagnosis can be rendered.
- Technical Factors: Video/audio quality depends on internet connection stability. The platform is not liable for disruptions caused by technical failures outside its control.
3. Prescriptions & Medication Guidelines
- Prescriptions generated via the platform are based on the doctor's professional judgment following your consultation.
- Doctors on this platform will not prescribe controlled substances, narcotics, psychotropic drugs, or high-risk emergency medications via telemedicine.
4. User Accounts, Payments & Cancellations
4.1 Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide correct personal, contact, and medical history details. Providing misleading information may impair the clinical accuracy of your care.
4.2 Payment Gateways, Digital Wallet Safety & Non-Liability for Scams/Theft:
- Third-Party Processing: All online payments — including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile wallet transactions (e.g., EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or internet banking) — are processed directly through secure, licensed third-party payment service providers (PSPs).
- Non-Liability for Financial Loss/Scams: This platform and its associated medical staff shall not be held liable or financially responsible for unauthorized transactions, fraud, or identity theft on your personal account or device; phishing attempts, fraudulent OTP sharing, or social engineering scams; or banking errors, double-deductions, or payment delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
- User Safeguards: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PINs, passwords, card numbers, and OTPs. This platform's staff will never contact you asking for your banking passwords, card CVVs, or digital wallet OTPs.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a fraudulent transaction or payment discrepancy, you must report the issue directly to your issuing bank or mobile wallet provider.
- Payment Terms: Consultation fees must be settled prior to confirmation of the appointment as per the platform's payment gateway options.
- Cancellation/Refunds: Appointments cancelled with sufficient notice prior to the scheduled slot qualify for rescheduling or refund per the platform's refund policy.
5. Privacy & Medical Confidentiality
- Your health records, diagnostic uploads, and consultation details are protected under standard medical privacy guidelines and encrypted platform security protocols.
- Medical information will only be accessed by your consulting healthcare provider and authorized platform support personnel necessary for rendering services.
