At Dr. AK Lohana Clinics & Endoscopy Services, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that any issues or concerns regarding payments are addressed in a fair and transparent manner.
- If the clinic cancels your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your appointment will be rescheduled. In case of no suitable alternative, you will get fee refund excluding bank charges.
- If patients cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, they are entitled to a refund of the paid fee, excluding any bank charges, or the option to reschedule.
- Patients who don’t show up on time of the appointments or cancel within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund, except in emergency situations, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to draklohanaclinics@gmail.com within 7 days of the incident. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless a different method is requested.
