- Vomiting, abdominal pain
- Suspected celiac or reflux
- Biopsy for diagnosis
Preparation:
- Fasting 6–8 hours
- Sedation or anesthesia

- Takes 10–20 minutes
Risks:
- Sore throat, nausea
- Rare bleeding or perforation
Follow-up:
