• Vascular (mesenteric ischemia)

Evaluation
• Thorough history (onset, location, character)
• Physical exam and baseline blood tests
• Imaging (US, CT) or endoscopy as needed

Management
• Symptom relief: antispasmodics, analgesics
• Diet modification
• Interventions for specific diagnoses (surgery, endoscopy)

Follow-up
• Monitor symptom progression
• Repeat diagnostics if red-flag signs appear (fever, weight loss, bleeding)
