At Dr. AK Lohana Clinics & Endoscopy Services, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that any issues or concerns regarding payments are addressed in a fair and transparent manner.

  1. If the clinic cancels your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your appointment will be rescheduled. In case of no suitable alternative, you will get fee refund excluding bank charges.
  2. If patients cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, they are entitled to a refund of the paid fee, excluding any bank charges, or the option to reschedule.
  3. Patients who don’t show up on time of the appointments or cancel within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund, except in emergency situations, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  4. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to draklohanaclinics@gmail.com within 7 days of the incident. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request.
  5. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless a different method is requested.
